VILLA CAROLINA
Topography
Mataró is the capital of the Catalan comarca of Maresme in the province of Barcelona. The city is located about 30 km northeast of Barcelona at the Mediterranean coast, called "Costa del Maresme". Barcelona can be reached by car in about 25 minutes via the motorway or the N-II national road. There is also a direct train connection from Mataró to Barcelona City. Mataró features a very long sandy beach.
On top of the hill, close to the villa, there is a typical restaurant Catalan style. WIthin some hundred meters you´ll find tennis courts to rent.
Mountain bikers: Perfect paths for biking in the closeby forest.

- Payment of the pending difference of 80%: in cash money or credit card at local inside the property when we meet and deliver the keys.
- Refundable damage deposit: please leave 200 € in cash money as damage deposit in the moment you arrive at the property. This amount will be refunded also in cash money in the moment of the „check-out“, giving us back the keys.
